This blog is as much for me as it is for anyone else, It's a way to express, share and remember. Linee pronounced Line-e is a name giving to some years ago by a friend’s daughter who found it difficult to say Caroline as a little girl, over the years it has stuck and now I am known to many as Linee.

Barbie vs Sindy


Growing up in Scotland in the mid 1970's Sindy was more popular than Barbie... So I never had a Barbie doll but I sure did have Sindy (jut like the one above) and we used to play together for hours. My collection (that I recall) consisted of Sindy Doll, Bedroom Set, Sofa & Arm Chairs, Some Kitchen pieces, lots of clothes and of course Sindy's Horse. My Sindy never had a Ken she prefered men in uniform and used to hang out with my brothers Action Man.
